Terms and conditions

By ordering from granit.com you approve of our terms of purchase. At granit.com we have a 30 day return policy from the day you recieve your order. To be eligible to order from granit.com you have to be at least 18 years. If we cannot handle your order you will be notified via e-mail. Granit.com are not responsible for delivering ordered products should our stock count at the time of order be innacurate.

Shipping

Products in stock will be delivered within 3-6 working days.  All orders are shipped with Schenker. Currently we only offer home delivery to our customers in Germany.  Orders will be delivered to the boundary of the building plot (Eg it will not be carried into any building). Orders are delivered between 8 am - 4 pm.

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful a delivery attempt will be made at the neighbor. If Schenker is unable to deliver the package, it will be sent to a pick-up point. If the customer doesn’t have a pick-up point within 6 km, a new delivery attempt will instead be made the following working day.

If the package is delivered to a neighbor or a pick-up point the customer will receive information about this in the mailbox. The customer is responsible for picking up the package at the pick-up point within 10 working days. Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee of 29 Euro incl. vat to cover costs for shipping and administration. Unclaimed business packages are charged 39 Eur incl. vat. 


Payment

Credit card
Granit.com offers safe payment options in cooperation with SveaWebpay who are certified in accordance with the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Granit.com accepts all VISA and Mastercard credit cards. The purchase takes place directly on SveaWebpays site and all inforamtion is encrypted according to industry standards. No card information is saved by granit.com.

Invoice
Als Privatperson müssen Sie für den Einkauf auf Rechnung mindestens 18 Jahre alt sein. Unternehmen müssen beim Einkauf auf Rechnung ihre Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer angeben. Svea Ekonomi AB überprüft Ihre Bonität. Ist diese Prüfung erfolgreich, können Sie per Rechnung bezahlen. Alle Forderungen gegen Sie werden von Dignita AB an Svea Ekonomi AB abgetreten.

Der Rechnungsbetrag ist 14 Tage nach dem Rechnungsdatum fällig. Zahlen Sie bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht, tritt Zahlungsverzug ein. Dann wird eine Mahngebühr von EUR 5 fällig, sowie Verzugszinsen gem. § 288 Absatz 1 bzw. 2 BGB. (für Verbraucher in Höhe von 5 Prozentpunkten über dem Basiszinssatz). Hinsichtlich der Mahngebühr ist Ihnen der Nachweis gestattet, dass ein Schaden überhaupt nicht entstanden oder wesentlich niedriger als die Gebühr ist.

Bei Nichtbegleichung wird die Rechnung nach der zweiten Mahnung an eine Inkassogesellschaft übergeben.

Svea Ekonomi AB in Schweden unter der Nr. 556489-2924 registriert, behandelt personenbezogene Daten mit größter Sorgfalt unter schwedischem und deutschem Gesetz. Diesem Gesetz folgen die EU-Richtlinien. Möchten Sie die EU-Richtlinien sehen,  findet man das Browser-add-on hier: http://www.sveawebpay.de/kontakt/. Die Erhebung, Verarbeitung und Nutzung dieser Daten geschieht lediglich im Rahmen der von SveaWebPay angebotenen Dienste. 

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 30 days from the day you received your order. If you want to return a product, contact service.granit@granit.com for further instructions. After approved return we will reimburse you for the products returned after return shipping fee has been deducted. If you return your full order we will reimburse you for the shipping fee paid when placing the order. Return shipping fee is 19 Euro for packages under 2 kg and 29 Euro for packages up to 20 kg. For bulky products( e g clothes hangers and similar) the return shipping fee is currently 49 Eur. The return right does not cover products which, because of its nature can not be returned. This applies to goods where we special ordered home a specific product at the customer's request. Furthermore, as regards the right of return only if the product is essentially unchanged. The right does not apply to businesses.

Claims and warranties

All products sold have a 1 year warranty. If the product is faulty upon arrival or for any type of warranty claim during the 1 year period, please contact customer service at service.germany@@granit.com for further instructions on how to handle your specific product claim. If the product should be returned, send the product well packaged in any original packaging or equivalent. Granit.com will supply you with any shipping documents free of charge. In order for granit.com to accept any return charges in case of warranty claim, please folliow the above instructions.

Processing of personal data and order information

Granit.com handles personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act (PUL). When registrating and ordering you agree that granit.com use your personal data to fulfill our commitments to our customers and send information about special offers. Customer is entitled upon request to take part of the personal data concerning him or her that is registered with granit.com.
