About Granit

Will you open up a new store in my city?
At the moment we are planning on opening up new stores in Finland and Germany. Information about new stores will be posted on our facebook page and granit.com.
 
Can I open up a Granit store by myself?
No, at the moment we do not have franchising and we run and own all or our stores.
 

Do you have wholesale?
No, we only sell our products in our own stores.

Do you have any vacancies?
All our vacancies are posted on our facebook page and granit.com. If no vacancy that suits you is available, you are welcome to send us an unsolicited application. Then we can find you when we are looking for new co-workers! Click on “Work with us” in the menu on the bottom of the page to get to the application form. You are also welcome to hand in your application directly to our stores!

We have stores in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Germany. You can find more detailed information about our stores on granit.com.

The information in my order confirmation is wrong, what do I do?
When your purchase is completed an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail. Please make sure that delivery and invoice address as well as your contact information is correct. If you haven’t received an order confirmation or if any information is wrong please contact service.germany@granit.com as soon as possible. Please provide your 8-digit order number (600XXXXX) as a reference so that we can handle your inquiry faster.
 

How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is based on the weight of the order starting at €9,90. While you are shopping, you can check the current shipping cost by clicking on the cart at the top of the page. If you shop for €150 or more the shipping is free. Please see our Shipping & returns page for more information.

How do I return a product that I am not satisfied with?

What countries do you ship to?
Our web shop currently ships to Sweden, Finland and Germany. We are hoping to expand our delivery services to other countries within one year.
 

Is your entire product range displayed on granit.com?
At the moment we only show products available in stock. Therefore you might find even more products in our stores. Our basic product range will always be shown on the website even though the products may be out of stock.
 

Can I shop online and then pick up my products from a store?
No, at the moment we cannot offer pick-ups from our stores.
 
I have ordered products from your website and I wonder where they are?

Can I use my gift card as payment online?
No, at the moment you can only use the giftcard as payment in our physical stores.
